STREAM SESSION PACKAGES – PRODUCT-SPECIFIC TERMS
1. Description of Service
Stream Session Packages provide access to a defined number of private or small-group live Stream Sessions delivered by David Strickel.
Sessions are experiential, non-instructional transmissions of consciousness delivered live via digital platform.
Sessions may be conducted one-on-one or in a small group format.
2. Scheduling & Delivery
All sessions must be scheduled using the automated scheduling link provided after purchase.
Scheduling requests made outside of the official scheduling system are not guaranteed to be accommodated.
Time zones are displayed within the scheduling system. It is the client’s responsibility to confirm the correct date and time prior to booking.
Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled through the scheduling link up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session start time may not be accommodated and may be considered a forfeited session.
Unused sessions do not roll forward indefinitely unless explicitly stated in writing.
Sessions may be delivered live only and may or may not be recorded, at the sole discretion of the provider.
Missed/Late Sessions
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior rescheduling through the official scheduling system constitutes a missed session and may result in forfeiture without refund.
Sessions are delivered as scheduled. Late arrivals may result in shortened session time without extension.
Scheduling Support & Automation
We may use automated systems, including AI-based concierge tools, to assist with scheduling, reminders, and session logistics. These tools are provided as a convenience and do not alter the client’s responsibility to manage scheduling via the official link.
3. Access & Availability
Access to sessions is limited to the purchaser only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
If recordings are provided, access is time-limited and governed by the access policy in effect at the time of purchase.
Ongoing access is not guaranteed and may change as technology, platforms, or delivery methods evolve.
4. Expiration & Use
Stream Session Packages must be used within 365 days of purchase. Sessions not used within this period are forfeited.
Unused sessions remaining after the expiration period will be forfeited and are not eligible for refund, transfer, or credit.
Extensions are not guaranteed and may be granted solely at the discretion of David Strickel.
5. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
• All payments are final.
• Session packages are non-refundable once purchased.
• Missed sessions without prior notice may be forfeited.
• Rescheduling is permitted via the automated link provided via email and is subject to availability and notice requirements.
6. No Therapeutic or Advisory Relationship
Stream Sessions are not therapy, counseling, coaching, or medical treatment. No outcomes are promised or implied.
